A high-friction grade developed for heavy grease and stubborn soiling. On top of the MS-WP55 formulation it receives a dedicated high-friction finish that raises the surface coefficient well above that of ordinary plain or embossed grades, so the same hand pressure produces a stronger mechanical lift. It is markedly more effective on extractor-hood carbon, set grease on hobs and industrial oil sludge. At 60-100 gsm and 150-3,000 mm wide - the widest in the family - it suits wide slitting and large-format cleaning products.

MS-WP55-HF and CWP55-HF share the composition of the base grade; the difference is the high-friction finishing and the grammage band.
The finishing process alters the cohesion and micro-relief of the fibre surface, raising the coefficient of friction. Under the same hand pressure it generates greater shear, so set grease, dried soil and bonded particles are lifted more effectively than with plain material - cutting both the number of passes and the amount of cleaning agent needed.
Heavy degreasing needs both thickness (so the cloth does not fail under pressure) and liquid capacity (to carry grease away). 60-100 gsm balances strength, capacity and cost, and the 3,000 mm maximum width supports wide slitting and large-format converting.
MS-WP55-HF is straight-laid for high MD strength and lower cost; CWP55-HF is cross-laid for a balanced MD/CD strength profile and better dimensional stability, so wide webs hold their shape. Both are hydroentangled with no chemical binder, so they do not lint or leave adhesive residue.

Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.
