The same high-absorbency 80% wood pulp / 20% PP formulation, finished with a hexagon emboss that forms a dense array of hexagonal raised areas. Compared with the plain version, it provides stronger mechanical scouring and more space to hold soil - specifically aimed at kitchen grease and dried-on bench stains where the material has to actually lift the dirt. It is a mainstream substrate for kitchen cleaning cloths and disposable cleaning wipes.

Figures above are MESON's standard available range. Specifications can be tailored to your equipment and application at the time of order.
The hexagon emboss is formed by an embossing roller after hydroentangling, creating a continuous pattern of hexagonal raised areas across the surface. It is not only cosmetic: the raised areas carry the friction and scouring, while the recesses hold the oil and particles lifted off, so a single pass removes more soil.
Cleaning power: the hexagonal raised points provide mechanical scouring, removing dried oil on hobs and bench grime markedly faster than plain material. Soil retention: the recesses hold what has been lifted, which prevents smearing on greasy surfaces.
The hexagon version runs 50-110 gsm with a width of 150-2,100 mm; the grammage floor is slightly higher than the plain version so the emboss stays crisp and does not collapse. For the plain version, see the MS-WPP plain page.
Because the emboss is a physical process with no added chemistry, it does not reintroduce the lint or residue that a coated or bonded material might - which matters for a product that will be used repeatedly around food preparation.
The hexagon version can be adapted to finished products in the following ways:
MESON holds the management-system certifications and third-party test documentation listed below. Originals or copies can be provided for supplier audits, brand registration and import compliance.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

Figures above reflect standard delivery parameters. Actual specification and scheduling are confirmed with the order. For special packaging, labelling or staged deliveries, please state your requirement at inquiry.
Hexagon uses raised points to create mechanical scouring, suited to heavy kitchen grease and dried-on bench stains. Plain has a flatter, softer hand, suited to wet-wipe substrates and skin-contact cleaning. The composition is identical.
No. Embossing is a physical process with no chemical binder and a stable structure; under normal wiping it does not produce fibre debris.
Yes. Standard grammage is 50-110 gsm and standard width 150-2,100 mm, adjustable to finished dimensions and production-line requirements.
Yes; strength holds when saturated. We recommend testing compatibility with your target disinfectant first to confirm long-term storage behaviour.
MOQ and lead time depend on model, grammage and width. Standard specifications carry a lower MOQ and shorter lead time; custom colours or finishes are scheduled against the order. Samples are not subject to MOQ, or call +86 512 5258 8862.
Mainly in rolls with a 76 mm (3 in) paper core and a diameter of no more than 1,200 mm. Inner protection is PE film with board, outer packaging a woven bag or shrink film, with palletising, stretch-wrapping and labelling on request.
Yes. Samples are supplied free of charge for evaluating grammage, hand, texture and runnability, normally dispatched within a few working days. International transit time depends on destination, and freight can be collect or agreed separately.
MESON holds FSC CoC forest certification, ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management, together with REACH, RoHS and DIN CERTCO compostability certification, flushability test reports and EN 13795 hydrostatic head data. A COA accompanies every batch.
Keep it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct light, and avoid heavy compression, moisture and sharp objects. Unopened and stored as described, we recommend using it within 12 months.
