MS-WPP is straight-laid: wood pulp is dispersed in water, combined with a PP web and bonded by high-pressure water jets. The 80% pulp content gives markedly higher liquid uptake than conventional polyester blends, while wet tensile strength is supported by the PP component, so the material resists tearing during saturated wiping.
Plain (40-110 gsm / 150-2,600 mm): flat surface and soft hand, for close-contact kitchen and household wiping and as a wet-wipe substrate.
Both versions share the same composition. Clean wiping and wet-wipe substrates suit the plain version; cleaning cloths needing more bite suit the hexagon emboss.
Because the two versions are the same base material, a converting line can run both without changing suppliers - covering 'soft and close-contact' and 'aggressive cleaning' product families from a single specification.

Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

MS-WPP has the higher pulp content, giving better absorbency, softness and cost - suited to consumer cleaning and wipes. MS-WP55 / CWP55 contains 45% polyester, giving higher wet strength and abrasion resistance - better for industrial and solvent wiping.
Choose the hexagon emboss where stubborn oil and grease must be lifted and more friction is wanted; choose plain for softness, close contact and absorbency-led products such as wet-wipe substrates.
