A grade that combines aggressive degreasing with colour-coded management. On the MS-WP55 formulation it receives through-dyeing in lake blue plus a dedicated high-friction finish, so the colour immediately distinguishes 'heavy-soiling use' from general cleaning cloths and prevents cross-zone mix-ups, while the high surface friction maintains removal efficiency on equipment sludge, machine oil and part degreasing. 50-110 gsm, straight-laid, 130-2,100 mm wide, with a 130 mm minimum for narrow slitting.

| Model | Composition | Technology | Grammage | Width | Colour / surface | Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MS-WP55-B1-HF | 55% wood pulp + 45% polyester | Straight-laid; high friction | 50-110 gsm | 130-2,100 mm | Lake blue / blue | Electronics wiping, industrial wiping, automotive wiping |
Figures above are MESON's standard available range. Specifications can be tailored to your equipment and application at the time of order.
MS-WP55-B1-HF is straight-laid, then through-dyed and given a high-friction finish after web forming.
The process adjusts the cohesion and micro-relief of the fibre surface to raise the coefficient of friction. When wiping equipment sludge, machine oil or degreasing parts, the same hand pressure generates more lift, reducing both the number of passes and solvent consumption.
Lake blue quickly identifies 'heavy soiling only', preventing cross-use with general cleaning cloths and the secondary contamination that follows. A 130 mm minimum width makes it easy to slit into hand-held cloths or equipment-specific strips.
Straight-laid construction brings higher MD strength and a better unit cost, suiting manual wiping and standard roll-form cleaning cloths. The material is hydroentangled with no chemical binder, so it does not lint or leave adhesive residue and can be used where electronics and precision components are cleaned.
MS-WP55-B1-HF is a 'colour plus high friction' combination, and the family offers:
MESON holds the management-system certifications and third-party test documentation listed below. Originals or copies can be provided for supplier audits, brand registration and import compliance.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

The composition and high-friction finish are identical; the differences are colour and lay-up. This grade is lake blue and straight-laid, for colour-coded management. The white grade (MS-WP55-HF / CWP55-HF) reaches 3,000 mm and offers a cross-laid version for wide converting.
It is dyed throughout with stable fastness and does not bleed noticeably under normal or common-solvent wiping. For unusual solvents, we recommend testing first.
Yes. That is its primary application - the higher coefficient of friction produced by the high-friction finish lifts sludge and oil far more effectively than plain material.
Yes. Standard grammage is 50-110 gsm and standard width 130-2,100 mm, and colour and finishing can be adjusted.
MOQ and lead time depend on model, grammage and width. Standard specifications carry a lower MOQ and shorter lead time; custom colours or finishes are scheduled against the order. Samples are not subject to MOQ, or call +86 512 5258 8862.
Mainly in rolls with a 76 mm (3 in) paper core and a diameter of no more than 1,200 mm. Inner protection is PE film with board, outer packaging a woven bag or shrink film, with palletising, stretch-wrapping and labelling on request.
Yes. Samples are supplied free of charge for evaluating grammage, hand, texture and runnability, normally dispatched within a few working days. International transit time depends on destination, and freight can be collect or agreed separately.
MESON holds FSC CoC forest certification, ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management, together with REACH, RoHS and DIN CERTCO compostability certification, flushability test reports and EN 13795 hydrostatic head data. A COA accompanies every batch.
Keep it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct light, and avoid heavy compression, moisture and sharp objects. Unopened and stored as described, we recommend using it within 12 months.
Tell us your target application, required grammage and width, and we will come back with a material recommendation, samples and pricing — normally within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 8:30–16:30 CST / UTC+8).
