The 'colour plus texture' grade of the MS-WP55 family: it keeps the high-friction cleaning of the DuPont pattern while adding lake blue for colour-coded management. The DuPont pattern forms a fine, regular relief across the surface that multiplies contact points, lifting solder-paste residue, oil films, fingerprints and particulate soil more effectively. Lake blue makes it easy to separate cloths by workstation or cleanliness class on the shop floor. At 50-110 gsm and 150-2,000 mm wide, it suits electronics, automotive and printing lines where both cleaning efficiency and floor management matter.

This grade applies two treatments to the MS-WP55 base: through-dyeing in lake blue and DuPont-pattern embossing.
An embossing roller forms a fine, regular relief across the surface. During wiping, the raised areas make multi-point contact, producing a higher coefficient of friction than plain material and better mechanical removal of bonded soil. The relief also increases loft and hand thickness, improving lotion retention once saturated.
It supports colour-coded management: different workstations and cleanliness levels on the same line use different colours, preventing cross-contamination, and making visual inspection and traceability easier.
MS-WP55-B1-E3 is straight-laid with the DuPont pattern, for high MD strength and a crisp hand; CWP55-B1-E3 is cross-laid with the same pattern, for a more balanced MD/CD profile and better dimensional stability on wide webs and automated equipment. The composition is identical; only the lay-up differs.

Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

It is a fine, regular embossed texture formed by an embossing roller with no chemical treatment. It increases surface contact points and loft, improving scouring power and lotion retention.
Composition, grammage range and texture are identical; only the colour differs. This grade is lake blue for colour-coded management, while the white grade suits applications more sensitive to appearance or cost. The two can be used together at different workstations on the same line.
Wood pulp spunlace has good solvent resistance and holds up against common industrial solvents. We recommend testing with your specific solvent first.
Yes. Standard grammage is 50-110 gsm and standard width 150-2,000 mm, and colour, texture and lay-up can all be adjusted.
