A colour-coded wiping material produced by dyeing the standard MS-WP55 formulation throughout. Performance matches the base grade - pulp for high absorbency, polyester for toughness - at 50-110 gsm and 150-2,100 mm wide, in straight-laid or cross-laid construction. The value of the colour is management: different processes, cleanliness levels and cleaning targets use different colours, instantly identifiable, so cloths are not mixed between zones and cross-contamination is avoided. It is standard practice in 5S and hygiene management across electronics, automotive and medical manufacturing.

| Model | Composition | Technology | Grammage | Width | Colour / surface | Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MS-WP55-B1 / CWP55-B1 | 55% wood pulp + 45% polyester | Cross-laid; straight-laid | 50-110 gsm | 150-2,100 mm | Lake blue / plain | Electronics wiping, SMT stencil cleaning, automotive wiping, industrial wiping, printing cleaning, medical wiping, industrial wet wipes |
Figures above are MESON's standard available range. Specifications can be tailored to your equipment and application at the time of order.
MS-WP55-B1 and CWP55-B1 have exactly the same composition as the base grade; the difference is the lay-up and the through-dyeing.
Fibres run in the machine direction for high MD strength, a soft hand and a lower unit cost. Suited to manual wiping and standard roll-form cleaning cloths.
Crossing fibres balance MD and CD strength for better tear resistance and dimensional stability. The web holds shape through high-speed slitting and automated wiping equipment, and widths hold reliably to 2,100 mm.
The colour is applied throughout the web rather than as a surface coating, giving stable fastness that does not bleed noticeably during wet or solvent wiping, so the surface being cleaned is not stained. No migrating dye auxiliaries are used, the material itself is odour-free, and no colour residue remains after wiping - making it suitable for electronics and medical environments where appearance and cleanliness are controlled.
The lake blue grade is one of the colour variants in the MS-WP55 family, which also offers:
MESON holds the management-system certifications and third-party test documentation listed below. Originals or copies can be provided for supplier audits, brand registration and import compliance.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

Figures above reflect standard delivery parameters. Actual specification and scheduling are confirmed with the order. For special packaging, labelling or staged deliveries, please state your requirement at inquiry.
Only the shade: lake blue (B1) is lighter and visually softer; blue (B2) is deeper with stronger contrast. Composition, grammage range and performance are identical - only the colour and its use as an identifier differ. Choose to match your existing colour standard.
The web is dyed throughout, giving stable fastness. It does not bleed noticeably under normal wet or dry wiping or with common industrial solvents, and will not stain the surface being wiped. For unusual solvents, we recommend testing first.
Yes. Lake blue, blue and green are standard; other colours can be discussed, with MOQ and lead time confirmed on request.
Yes. Standard grammage is 50-110 gsm and standard width 150-2,100 mm, and lay-up, colour and finishing can all be adjusted.
MOQ and lead time depend on model, grammage and width. Standard specifications carry a lower MOQ and shorter lead time; custom colours or finishes are scheduled against the order. Samples are not subject to MOQ, or call +86 512 5258 8862.
Mainly in rolls with a 76 mm (3 in) paper core and a diameter of no more than 1,200 mm. Inner protection is PE film with board, outer packaging a woven bag or shrink film, with palletising, stretch-wrapping and labelling on request.
Yes. Samples are supplied free of charge for evaluating grammage, hand, texture and runnability, normally dispatched within a few working days. International transit time depends on destination, and freight can be collect or agreed separately.
MESON holds FSC CoC forest certification, ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management, together with REACH, RoHS and DIN CERTCO compostability certification, flushability test reports and EN 13795 hydrostatic head data. A COA accompanies every batch.
Keep it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct light, and avoid heavy compression, moisture and sharp objects. Unopened and stored as described, we recommend using it within 12 months.
