Identical in composition to the MS-WP55 / CWP55 base grade, presented in a blue-dyed plain finish. In industrial wiping, colour is not decoration but a management tool: using different colours for different zones and cleaning levels prevents cross-contamination and makes visual inspection straightforward. At 50-110 gsm and 150-2,100 mm wide, it suits electronics and SMT stencil wiping, automotive, printing and industrial wet wipes.

| Model | Composition | Technology | Grammage | Width | Colour / surface | Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MS-WP55-B2 / CWP55-B2 | 55% wood pulp + 45% polyester | Cross-laid; straight-laid | 50-110 gsm | 150-2,100 mm | Blue / plain | Electronics wiping, SMT stencil cleaning, automotive wiping, industrial wiping, printing cleaning, medical wiping, industrial wet wipes |
Figures above are MESON's standard available range. Specifications can be tailored to your equipment and application at the time of order.
MS-WP55-B2 uses the same 55% wood pulp / 45% polyester ratio and straight-laid or cross-laid construction as the base grade; the difference is the blue finish. Dyeing is carried out in the finishing stage, and the material retains the absorbency and mechanical strength of wood pulp spunlace.
Cross-contamination is prevented by using different colours in clean and contaminated zones, so soil is not carried into clean workstations. Blue is also the easiest colour to see against light machine surfaces and white PPE, making it the most widely adopted industrial identifier.
Straight-laid (MS-WP55-B2) gives high MD strength at a lower cost for manual wiping; cross-laid (CWP55-B2) balances MD and CD strength and reaches 2,100 mm, suiting automated wiping equipment and wide slitting.
Blue and lake blue are deliberately similar in tone but distinguishable on the floor, which lets a plant run a two-level colour system without adding a third colour family to its standard.
The family offers a full set of colour and texture combinations to match your site standard:
MESON holds the management-system certifications and third-party test documentation listed below. Originals or copies can be provided for supplier audits, brand registration and import compliance.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

Figures above reflect standard delivery parameters. Actual specification and scheduling are confirmed with the order. For special packaging, labelling or staged deliveries, please state your requirement at inquiry.
The blue is applied through a finishing-stage dyeing process. If you have specific colour-fastness requirements, tell us the cleaning agents and process conditions and we will confirm compatibility.
No. The B2 version has the same composition and process as the MS-WP55 / CWP55 base grade, with identical absorbency, strength and linting behaviour.
The family offers blue (B2), lake blue (B1) and green (G1), and these can be combined with DuPont pattern (-E3) or high friction (-HF) finishes.
Yes. Standard grammage is 50-110 gsm and standard width 150-2,100 mm, both adjustable.
MOQ and lead time depend on model, grammage and width. Standard specifications carry a lower MOQ and shorter lead time; custom colours or finishes are scheduled against the order. Samples are not subject to MOQ, or call +86 512 5258 8862.
Mainly in rolls with a 76 mm (3 in) paper core and a diameter of no more than 1,200 mm. Inner protection is PE film with board, outer packaging a woven bag or shrink film, with palletising, stretch-wrapping and labelling on request.
Yes. Samples are supplied free of charge for evaluating grammage, hand, texture and runnability, normally dispatched within a few working days. International transit time depends on destination, and freight can be collect or agreed separately.
MESON holds FSC CoC forest certification, ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management, together with REACH, RoHS and DIN CERTCO compostability certification, flushability test reports and EN 13795 hydrostatic head data. A COA accompanies every batch.
Keep it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct light, and avoid heavy compression, moisture and sharp objects. Unopened and stored as described, we recommend using it within 12 months.
