The green identifier version of the MS-WP55 formulation. The material itself matches the base grade - high absorbency from pulp, toughness from polyester - and the colour handles management. In most plants and commercial kitchens, green means 'cleaned / compliant / food-contact area', clearly separated from red (hazard / waste) and blue (general area). At 50-110 gsm and 150-2,100 mm wide, in straight-laid or cross-laid construction, it suits electronics, medical, food and catering environments managed by hygiene grade.

| Model | Composition | Technology | Grammage | Width | Colour / surface | Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MS-WP55-G1 / CWP55-G1 | 55% wood pulp + 45% polyester | Cross-laid; straight-laid | 50-110 gsm | 150-2,100 mm | Green / plain | Electronics wiping, SMT stencil cleaning, automotive wiping, industrial wiping, printing cleaning, medical wiping, industrial wet wipes |
Figures above are MESON's standard available range. Specifications can be tailored to your equipment and application at the time of order.
MS-WP55-G1 and CWP55-G1 match the base grade in composition; the difference is the lay-up and the through-dyeing.
Machine-direction fibre alignment gives high MD strength and a soft hand, suited to manual wiping and standard cleaning cloths.
Crossing fibres balance MD and CD strength and stabilise dimensions, suiting high-speed slitting, wide lamination and automated wiping equipment, holding widths reliably to 2,100 mm.
Green is applied through-dyed for stable fastness, so it does not bleed noticeably during wet or common-solvent wiping. The material uses no chemical binder - pulp and polyester fibres are bonded by high-pressure water jets - so there is no adhesive residue and no odour, making it suitable for wiping and food-contact cleaning where cleanliness and hygiene matter.
The green grade is one of the colour variants in the MS-WP55 family and can be combined with:
MESON holds the management-system certifications and third-party test documentation listed below. Originals or copies can be provided for supplier audits, brand registration and import compliance.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

Composition and performance are identical; only the colour and its conventional meaning differ. The common convention is green for compliant / cleaned / food-contact zones and blue for general industrial areas. Choose to match your existing colour standard.
The web is dyed throughout with stable fastness and does not bleed noticeably under normal wiping. For food-contact cleaning applications, compliance documentation and test reports can be discussed separately.
Green, lake blue and blue are standard; other colours can be discussed, with MOQ and lead time confirmed on request.
Yes. Standard grammage is 50-110 gsm and standard width 150-2,100 mm, and colour, lay-up and finishing can all be adjusted.
MOQ and lead time depend on model, grammage and width. Standard specifications carry a lower MOQ and shorter lead time; custom colours or finishes are scheduled against the order. Samples are not subject to MOQ, or call +86 512 5258 8862.
