The green DuPont-pattern grade combines two requirements in one material: 'compliant-zone marking' and 'high-friction cleaning'. In standard colour codes, green represents cleaned, compliant or food-contact areas - appropriate for final inspection, finished-goods and food-processing areas where cleanliness grades are defined - while the DuPont pattern delivers scouring power beyond plain material. At 50-110 gsm and 150-2,000 mm wide, in straight-laid or cross-laid construction, it suits electronics, food processing, medical and automotive settings that need both cleaning efficiency and on-floor discipline.

This grade applies through-dyeing in green and DuPont-pattern embossing to the MS-WP55 base.
The fine, regular relief increases surface contact points and loft, lifting dried oil films, bonded particles and fingerprints more thoroughly and holding more lotion when saturated.
In most plants and commercial kitchens green stands for 'cleaned / compliant / food-contact', used for final inspection, finished-goods and food-processing areas where it forms a clear separation from blue and red.
MS-WP55-G1-E3 is straight-laid with the DuPont pattern, for high MD strength and a lower cost; CWP55-G1-E3 is cross-laid with the same pattern, balancing MD and CD strength with better width stability for wide slitting and automated equipment. The material uses no chemical binder, so there is no adhesive residue or odour - suited to hygiene- and residue-sensitive cleaning.

Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

Green conventionally indicates compliant / food-contact zones, and the material uses no chemical binder and has no odour, making it suitable for cleaning in food-processing areas. Where direct food contact is involved, compliance documentation and test reports can be discussed separately.
The DuPont pattern has fine contact points and a loftier hand, suited to precision surfaces and saturated products; the 22-mesh aperture has clear openings and stronger drainage, suited to applications needing pronounced scouring and fast liquid passage.
It is dyed throughout with stable fastness and does not bleed noticeably under normal wiping. For unusual solvents, we recommend testing first.
