The blue DuPont-pattern grade is the most commonly specified 'texture plus colour' configuration in the MS-WP55 family. In most plants, blue signals general industrial areas or equipment-cleaning use - high recognition, clearly separated from production areas. Adding the DuPont pattern multiplies contact points so solder-paste residue, oil films, fingerprints and particulate soil are lifted more effectively than by plain material. At 50-110 gsm and 150-2,000 mm wide, in straight-laid or cross-laid construction.

Figures above are MESON's standard available range. Specifications can be tailored to your equipment and application at the time of order.
This grade applies two treatments to the MS-WP55 base: through-dyeing in blue and DuPont-pattern embossing.
A fine, regular relief forms dense contact points during wiping, giving better mechanical removal of bonded soil and increasing loft and lotion retention. Embossing is a physical process that introduces no chemical additives.
Blue is one of the most recognisable identifier colours in industry, commonly used for equipment cleaning and general, non-production areas, so cloths are not carried between zones. The through-dyeing method gives stable fastness with little bleeding.
MS-WP55-B2-E3 is straight-laid with the DuPont pattern, giving high MD strength and a lower cost; CWP55-B2-E3 is cross-laid with the same pattern, balancing MD and CD strength with better dimensional stability for high-speed slitting and automated wiping, up to 2,000 mm. Composition is identical; only the lay-up differs.
The blue DuPont-pattern grade can be combined with other colours or textures to build a complete line colour scheme:
MESON holds the management-system certifications and third-party test documentation listed below. Originals or copies can be provided for supplier audits, brand registration and import compliance.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

Figures above reflect standard delivery parameters. Actual specification and scheduling are confirmed with the order. For special packaging, labelling or staged deliveries, please state your requirement at inquiry.
Composition, grammage range and texture are identical; only the colour differs. Blue (B2) has the strongest contrast and the highest recognition, suited to equipment and general work areas; lake blue (B1) is visually softer and often used in electronics and medical clean areas. Choose to match your existing colour standard.
Yes. The contact points created by the texture carry solder-paste residue out of stencil apertures more effectively, and with solvent the residue left behind is reduced - which is why it is a widely adopted stencil-wiping format.
It is dyed throughout with stable fastness, and does not bleed noticeably under normal wet or dry wiping or with common solvents, nor does it stain the surface being wiped. For unusual solvents, test first.
Yes. Standard grammage is 50-110 gsm and standard width 150-2,000 mm, and colour, texture and lay-up can all be adjusted.
MOQ and lead time depend on model, grammage and width. Standard specifications carry a lower MOQ and shorter lead time; custom colours or finishes are scheduled against the order. Samples are not subject to MOQ, or call +86 512 5258 8862.
Mainly in rolls with a 76 mm (3 in) paper core and a diameter of no more than 1,200 mm. Inner protection is PE film with board, outer packaging a woven bag or shrink film, with palletising, stretch-wrapping and labelling on request.
Yes. Samples are supplied free of charge for evaluating grammage, hand, texture and runnability, normally dispatched within a few working days. International transit time depends on destination, and freight can be collect or agreed separately.
MESON holds FSC CoC forest certification, ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management, together with REACH, RoHS and DIN CERTCO compostability certification, flushability test reports and EN 13795 hydrostatic head data. A COA accompanies every batch.
Keep it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct light, and avoid heavy compression, moisture and sharp objects. Unopened and stored as described, we recommend using it within 12 months.
