A controlled grade developed in response to lint - the central concern in precision cleaning. Building on the MS-WP55 formulation, fibre selection and process control reduce the amount of fibre shed during wiping, lowering the risk of re-contaminating sensitive surfaces. Designed for cleanrooms, precision instruments, optical lenses, semiconductor and laboratory environments. At 50-110 gsm and 130-2,600 mm wide, the 130 mm minimum width makes it easy to slit narrow strips for workstations.

| Model | Composition | Technology | Grammage | Width | Colour / surface | Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MS-WP55-AD | 55% wood pulp + 45% polyester | Straight-laid | 50-110 gsm | 130-2,600 mm | White / plain | Wiping applications with strict lint requirements |
Figures above are MESON's standard available range. Specifications can be tailored to your equipment and application at the time of order.
MS-WP55-AD differs from the base grade mainly in its control of lint.
Fibre shed has two main sources: short fibres that are not fully entangled and detach in use, and loose fibres at the slit edges. The low-lint grade co-ordinates fibre selection, entangling and water-jet parameters to reduce the number of free fibres that are not fully bonded, thereby lowering shedding in use.
In cleanroom, optical and precision-instrument cleaning, fibre itself is a contaminant that can cause scratches, imaging defects or loss of equipment accuracy. With less shedding, fewer particles are left behind and the risk of re-cleaning and rejects falls.
The material is hydroentangled with no chemical binder, so there is no adhesive residue and no odour. Widths run from 130 to 2,600 mm, the 130 mm minimum making it easy to slit into workstation strips. Straight-laid construction gives high MD strength and a crisp hand, well suited to manual precision wiping.
The low-lint grade is built around cleanliness control, and the family around it offers the following options:
MESON holds the management-system certifications and third-party test documentation listed below. Originals or copies can be provided for supplier audits, brand registration and import compliance.
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

It means the material sheds fewer fibres during wiping. Fibre selection and entangling control reduce the number of free fibres that are not fully bonded, lowering shedding in use - which is what makes it suitable for particle-sensitive cleaning.
It is intended for clean cleaning applications with lint requirements. Whether it meets a specific cleanroom class depends on the room classification, wiping method and test method, so we recommend testing a sample first.
The composition is the same; the difference is the lint-control processing and the grammage / width range. The standard grade (MS-WP55 / CWP55) is more cost-effective for general wiping, while this grade is optimised for precision surfaces.
Yes. Standard width is 130-2,600 mm, and slit widths can be set to workstation or equipment dimensions to reduce on-site cutting.
MOQ and lead time depend on model, grammage and width. Standard specifications carry a lower MOQ and shorter lead time; custom colours or finishes are scheduled against the order. Samples are not subject to MOQ, or call +86 512 5258 8862.
Mainly in rolls with a 76 mm (3 in) paper core and a diameter of no more than 1,200 mm. Inner protection is PE film with board, outer packaging a woven bag or shrink film, with palletising, stretch-wrapping and labelling on request.
Yes. Samples are supplied free of charge for evaluating grammage, hand, texture and runnability, normally dispatched within a few working days. International transit time depends on destination, and freight can be collect or agreed separately.
MESON holds FSC CoC forest certification, ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management, together with REACH, RoHS and DIN CERTCO compostability certification, flushability test reports and EN 13795 hydrostatic head data. A COA accompanies every batch.
Keep it in its original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct light, and avoid heavy compression, moisture and sharp objects. Unopened and stored as described, we recommend using it within 12 months.
Tell us your target application, required grammage and width, and we will come back with a material recommendation, samples and pricing — normally within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 8:30–16:30 CST / UTC+8).
