The clover-pattern version of MS-WE. The base remains 80% wood pulp and 20% Lyocell, wet-laid spunlace, flushable and biodegradable; on top of that a clover-pattern emboss forms a regular arrangement of four-leaf raised areas across the surface, increasing loft and hand while giving the finished product a recognisable appearance - suited to higher-positioned flushable toilet wipes and personal-care products. Available from 45-90 gsm and 150-3,000 mm wide.

MS-WE-EM overlays a clover-pattern emboss on the wet-laid spunlace base, combining 'flushable' and 'hand and appearance' in one material.
A better level of hand. The regular four-leaf raised areas make the material loftier and finer to the touch; used in flushable toilet wipes it feels noticeably better than plain. It also gives the product a recognisable surface appearance, which supports brand differentiation.
Because the emboss is a physical process with no added chemistry, it does not alter the way fibres are bonded - so the dispersibility of the base is preserved while the hand and appearance improve.

Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering grammage, thickness, MD/CD tensile strength, absorbency, hydrostatic head and moisture content. Production records are traceable from raw-material intake through in-process inspection to finished-goods release, and retention samples can be held for project reference.

Both are embossed textures on a flushable wet-laid base; the difference is the pattern geometry and density. The clover pattern uses regular four-leaf raised areas and feels loftier; the snail pattern is finer and feels softer. Choose by product positioning and appearance preference.

Embossing is a physical process that does not change how the fibres are bonded. Dispersibility depends mainly on base grammage, fibre blend, finished dimensions and downstream processing - we recommend validating with samples and the test reports.

Yes. Samples are supplied free of charge for evaluating grammage, hand, texture and runnability, normally dispatched within a few working days. International transit time depends on destination, and freight can be collect or agreed separately.
